LiteSpeed is a proprietary web server software, designed to be much faster than the traditional open source Apache server software that is more commonly installed on servers.
It has been designed to be compatible with Apache and it obeys the “.htaccess” command files used in Apache.
LiteSpeed has been designed with high speed website caching in mind and it is already fully compatible with the high speed HTTP/3 standard that will be rolling out during 2020. As of October 2019, only 5% of the world’s websites are HTTP/3 ready and over 97% of these are using LiteSpeed.
LiteSpeed has released free caching plugins for WordPress, Joomla, PresaShop, OpenCart, Drupal and other CMS software. These plugins control how the server caches the content. With other caching plugins, it is the plugin that does the caching, but with LiteSpeed it is the server itself that does the caching. The LiteSpeed Cache plugin will only work on a LiteSpeed server, such as this.
Is LS Cache easy to use with WordPress?
Yes, once installed the default settings will work perfectly. There are also advanced features if you have special needs. Compare WordPress cache plugins.
Not only will the WordPress part of your site will be cached in an optimum way, but also the WooCommerce as well. Often caching plugins ignore most of the content from WooCommerce. Individual online customers will have different shopping baskets and account pages.
LS Cache not only makes private caches of these elements but will also cache the merchandise pages as well with marker tags. For example, If a customer adds, say, some tea cups into their shopping cart, then LS Cache will mark that tea cup product to have the cache refreshed so that information like stock availability will become updated for the next customer.

In Shared Web Hosting, multiple website owners host their websites on a single server i.e. the clients share the server's resources. This helps reduce the cost, since the cost of the server and its resources are spread over all the clients/packages hosted on the server. Shared Hosting is perfect for personal websites, small and mid-sized businesses that do not require all the resources of a server.
Yes! Our LS Advanced and LS Unlimited hosting plans allow you to host more than one Website, by adding secondary domains through your hosting control panel i.e. cPanel.
The way that a web hosting server is set up to serve files is very different from the requirements of a podcast server. A web host delivers many small files very quickly and then moves on to the next clients on another website. Podcasting delivers very large files slowly,
It is possible, however, to store and use your Rapid Web Hosting account to store and deliver podcasts, so long as they are referenced by, and relevant to, a website that is being hosted on the same account. This will work just fine for a small number of download, but will start to cause problems when the number of podcast downloads per month gets into the thousands.
So if you are creating a podcasting website and you don’t yet have a separate podcasting account, then yes, you can start with using your Hare Hosting LiteSpeed account. But please bear in mind the following:-
1. Podcasts use a lot of bandwidth, so choose an unmetered plan
2. All stored podcasts must be relevant to the website in the account
3. Any copyright infringement can result in your account being suspended or terminated.
4. Once your podcast downloads are in the thousands per month, this will start to interfere with your web hosting and you will have to move the podcasts to a specialised podcast server.

Yes, all our servers are protected by Clam AV, a leading anti-virus scanner.
No. While the LS Unlimited Hosting package cannot be used for this purpose, we can supply you for a ``Reseller Hosting`` package. This would allow you to resell hosting packages and to give separate login details for hosting account of each website. Please contact us this product.
Hare Hosting LiteSpeed plans are ideal for creating a new eCommerce website. WooCommerce (& all other eCommerce websites) will place a heavy load on the server in proportion to the number of people who are simultaneously shopping and editing products. This is because each logged in user will be seeing unique content (unique shopping carts, tailored special offers, shipping info, etc), and so it is not possible for pages to be cached in the same way as for a normal WordPress site.
Highly acclaimed LiteSpeed Cache plugins are available free for WordPress (inc. WooCommerce), Joomla, Drupal, PrestaShop, OpenCart, XenForo 1& 2, MediaWiki, Laravel and (for an additional cost) Shopware.
Email storage should not exceed 50% of space used for web storage.
Based on an average page load size of 3MB/page. If CloudFlare is enabled then you should get more than double this number of page views.
