MIgration Service Conditions

We offer free migration assistance for customers wishing to migrate from their old web hosting to one of our hosting products.

Rapid Hosting Migration

  • Existing control panel must be cPanel
  • Existing cPanel must use less than 4GB in storage
  • Migration will normally be done on the 2nd weekday after migration is ordered

Xtreme Hosting Migration

  • Existing control panel must be cPanel
  • Existing cPanel must use less than 20GB in storage
  • Migration will normally be done within 48 hours of the request
  • We can sometimes help with a Plesk migration. Please ask for more details.

CWP Hosting Migration

  • Existing control panel must be cPanel or CWP panel
  • Existing cPanel must use less than 20GB in storage
  • Migration will normally be done within 48 hours of the request

Before migration starts...

  • Make sure that you have a written record of the admin login names and passwords for each of your websites.
  • Make sure that the email addresses are valid for each admin user, so that it is possible for passwords to be reset in the event of login difficulties.
  • Do not rely upon Softaculous storing your login in details.
  • Delete all unnecessary backups and unused databases.
