Rapid WP Hosting is aimed at people creating new websites, who don't have a big budget, but who want their website to be fast. It is also suitable for people with a number of small websites who want a single hosting package. Most of the plans have unmetered storage and data transfer, which is ideal for those who don't know how much they wiil need.
Xtreme WP Hosting is more powerful, although for simple sites you will not be able to tell the difference from our Rapid hosting. IT is with very busy site, in particular eCommerce sites that you will see the difference in performance. Xtreme also has additional tools of use to developers, and has more backup options.
Cloud Hosting is even more powerful and saleable although it does not have so many back up options. With Cloud Hosting there are 3 (three) separate instances that can be brought on line if there is a problem with over-demand on the first server. So there are already 3 copies of your data that are kept in sync. 99.99% uptime.
We accept all major credit cards and also PayPal.
Our Rapid WP Hosting uses SSD cached storage, and has Varnish Cache installed. This combined with the integrated CloudFlare content delivery network means that you webpages are delivered around the world in an instant.
Xtreme WP Hosting used 100% SSD storage and has a dual NGiNX and Apache server combination. THis package also has CloudFlare integrated into the cPanel.
We use cPanel, which is the world’s most preferred control panel. On Xtreme WP Hosting accounts, the cPanel features extra controls for the JetBackup features that allows all backups to be restored from within the cPanel.

We offer ``Unlimited Hosting`` on our Rapid and Cloud Hosting plans.
That depends upon your website. Photographs take up a lot of storage, so if you will be hosting an unusual large number of photographs then you will need more storage. WooCommerce websites store many images of the products (that are for sale) in different sizes, but if the photographs have been optimized properly, then a fairly large WooCommerce store with about 500 products will use less than 1GB of storage, whilst a normal corporate website typically uses about 0.1GB.
If you will also be storing emails on the server then these could easily use more storage than the website needs.
Yes, all the hosting servers have built in cPanel email. If you have a big need for email, and many staff whose email accounts you want to control, then you will find the Business, Enterprise and G Suite Email hosting platforms will offer you many advantages.
Yes. Our Knowledgebase in our clients’ section contains many videos and tutorial on using the cPanel interface.
There is a simple button in the cPanel for installing WordPress, incuding the automated setting up of the mySQL database.
We have one hosting plan that offers a free domain name. This is shown in our Rapid WP Hosting plan page.
On our Xtreme WP Hosting accounts, full account backups (including databases) are made each night. The backups are stored for 7 days with the last previous 3 Sunday backups also being kept. We also offer additional backups on our Xtreme accounts. For Cloud Hosting and Rapid Hosting please see the FAQ with those account details.
On our Xtreme hosting plans we offer Snapshots. These are 3 manual backups that one can request whenever you want. A Snapshot is ready in 2 or 3 minutes, and is stored for 3 days. It can be restored or downloaded during this time. Ideally one would make a Snapshot before updating WordPress, its themes or plugins. If anything goes wrong and the site breaks because of some not being compatible with the update, you can instantly rewind to the Snapshot you made before you started updating.
NGiNX (pronounces ``Engine X``) is an modern server that specializes in serving static content (e.g. images, JS and CSS files) very fast and under heavy load. Most of content in a typical WordPress page is static. The NGiNX caches dynamic elements that our contained within your web pages, thereby reducing page load times. The NGiNX server works alongside the Apache server, giving you increased processing resources. ``.htaccess`` files work correctly as the Apache looks after the declared rules.
Varnish Cache caches elements within a webpage allowing for much faster webpage loading.
NGiNX vs Varnish
Both our NGiNX and Varnish chaches are setup with rules for WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, PrestaSHop and WooCommerce. So both should work smoothly and automaticaly for you without difficulty.
We can easily tailor NGiNX should you have some special software that requires caching to be bypassed for certain URLs.
Varnish cache can be selected ON or OFF per domain, from within your cPanel.
CloudFlare
CloudFlare is a Content DIstribution Network (CDN). With CloudFlare enabled, their international storage network will keep copies of your main webpage files (images, css and Javascript) at locations around the world and serve these from a computer that is closest the the website viewer. This speeds up the delivery of webpages to users around the world. CloudFlare also reduces the data load on your hosting plan and increase security to your website, as they are able to monitor current global hacking threats.
CloudFlare is integrated into the cPanel of your hosting and can be used with CloudFlare's free plan. They also have paid plans that use advanced technology to help distribute large websites at fast speed.
All out hosting plans offer free SSL certificates. These are currently being issued by LetsEncrypt. They are Domain Validation (DV) certificates are a valid for all domains, subdomains and cPanel email services. They are valid for 3 months and auto renew (for free) before they expire. By continually renewing, they are always up-to-date. The whole process is fully automatic and starts from with 24 hours of when your domain name starts pointing at your hosting.
On other hosting products, SSL certificates have to be bought and installed.
The free DV certificate will display a padlock which maybe green, depending upon the browser used. The type of certificate the make the who address bar turn green is call an Extended Validation certificate. To get this, the issuing company need to make checks regarding your business and the ownership of the business in addition to the ownership of the domain. You can order one of these EV SSL certificates from your account cPanel

The advantage with a good shared hosting package is that big processing resources can be applied to a website that suddenly gets very busy for a short time in order to get the business processed.
All e-Commerce sites tend to have quiet troughs followed by sudden peaks of activity when several customers are all trying to shop at once, examining products, searching, adding items to carts and processing the orders and making payments. It is liking waiting for a bus… nothing for ages and then several all come at once!
Small VPS (Virtual Private Server) accounts provide a continuous stream of resources, but they wast CPU and memory when there is nobody on your site, and are incapable of supplying enough oomph when the site gets busy. Unless you can afford a big VPS, you are more likely to find that a quality shared hosting account will look after your needs better.
Out wpHost2go packages are aimed at the websites that are developing. You can always upgrade your account with us to the next level. If the time comes when you need more resources than our top package then we will be able to assist you further with a custom solution that might involve VPS or cloud computing,
