The storage space that is used for these backups is in addition to the web space that comes with your account, and is included in the price of your plan.

These backups are of each individual account, and we make these backup files available to you to restore free of charge.

It is possible for you to restore backups yourself, directly from the cPanel. You can choose to restore files, the databases or even the whole cPanel will all settings. You can also choose to download a backup in the form of a zip file.

You also have the ability to save unto 3 snapshots of your data. These are backups that you can choose to make at any given moment, such as before doing something risky, like updating a theme.

We also offer (at an additional price) the ability to have automated hourly backups and also long retention backups.

All Xtreme Hosting plans allow you to make backups on demand. It is useful to make a backup before upgrading software or making any big change that might not work as expected. You can then restore to the backup that you made just prior to the change. You can make and store up to 3 backups-on-demand at any one time, and these backups are stored for a maximum of two days.

Yes. The Xtreme Hosting is pre-configured to support OpCode caching. With WordPress, you can install a plugin like W3 Total Cache or Rocket Cache.
Joomla comes with OpCode caching built in; you just need to turn it on.
With OpCode caching enabled you should see a further speed improvement of about 600%.

Yes. Xtreme Hosting plans include cPanel email with unlimited accounts. cPanel email uses the same storage area in your account as is used for web space storage.

For a slick and professional email experience we strongly recommend the Business or Enterprise OX Mail in preference to the cPanel Mail, as OX Mail is much easier to use, provides more storage and is more feature rich that cPanel Mail. We also offer Google G Suite accounts with the full suite of Google apps and 30GB of storage.

cPanel Mail comes with Horde Email, RoundCube and Squirrel WebMail applications.

Nothing. The NGiNX caching has all been setup for you and any ``.htaccess`` files in your installation will work normally. Dynamic content is cached for 1 hour to give you site lightning performance (and to help stop DDoS attackes), static content (like images, javascript and CSS files) is cached for 1 minute and the static file headers are altered to enable browser caching of static content.

Our WP SpeedPro hosting fully supports HTTP2, which is an based upon SPDY that was developed by Google.

HTTP2 allows for much quicker loading of websites. A web page will often consist of a hundred on more files, images, icons, fonts, etc.. Traditionally, when a website is displayed on a computer that computer is only able to ask for a handful of files at a time. HTTP2 allows for all the required files to be requested at the same time, and for the files to be delivered to the browser simultaneously. The speed improvement is particularly noticeable with complex pages. HTTP2 only works when you are using an SSL certificate. We supply free SSL certificates for all domains hosted on our Pro SpeedHosting plans.

The SSL certificates will be installed automatically. To make your website use the certificate and have the benefit of secure connections and HTTP2, you will need to make only a small change to you settings:
