You can upgrade or downgrade easily through the client account control panel. You can switch as follows:
Starter <—> Solo
Advanced <—> Unlimited
Up or down grading between other paths (eg, Starter <—> Advanced, or to an Xtreme plan ) will require our assistance.
Please note, any remaining partially used minimum hosting period will be lost.
e.g. If you have bought 2 years of Solo hosting and after 9 months you want to upgrade, then you will lose the remaining 3 month of the first minimum payment period, but will be credited for the unused second year.
The minimum payment periods are:
Starter & Solo: 1 year
Advanced & Unlimited: quarterly (3 months)
