1. Introduction

There are two different webpages that you need to access to operation your email accounts. There is the administration area that only the person who is in charge of the allocation of accounts needs to access and there is the webmail page that each user access to send and receive emails over the web.

DNS and Name Server configuration

If you have you bought the email domain name from us, then we will have already congiured all the necessary settings and you can forget about this section.

ADMINISTRATION PAGE

The administration of you email accounts is done from within your client area of wpHost2go.com. It is here that you create email account with your required aliases (such as info@, billing@, mark@, etc.). You can also create forward only email accounts, reset passwords of accounts and delete accounts.

You can delete and create new accounts as often as you need, but at any one time you can only have as many account in operation as you have paid for. Deleting an account and creating a new one does have any additional cost.

WEBMAIL PAGE

The webmail page can be accessed at

http://webmail.yourdomain.com  (non-ssl)

If you want to connect to the webmail via SSL (secure connection) then you can either go to

https://webmail.yourdomain.com

(You will need to accept the certificate exception on your computer

Or you can go to:

https://us3.webmail.mailhostbox.com/

(This will work without needing to accept an exception)

For companies with many employees, you might want to use the access link with your company domain and not require employees to accept the certificate exception. In this case, you can buy a SLL security certificate and have it uploaded to the server. Please contact us for more details on how to do this.
